The Kaleidoscope Village construction site [Site], 6314 FM 969, Austin, Texas, Lots 1 and 2, are not open to the public. Please request access and obtain permission to enter Site at your own risk if you wish to enter Site. INFORMATION ABOUT THE LOCATION AND NEIGHBORHOOD IS PROVIDED IN RECOGNITION OF POTENTIAL BUYERS' NEED TO KNOW AND IS NOT AN INVITATION FOR ANYONE TO ENTER SITE OR SITE'S STORM WATER SEDMENTATION, FILTRATION, OR DETENTION BASINS OR ASSOCIATED BERMS AND STRUCTURES.
WARNING The construction site [Site] is no park. Please understand that poison ivy, brambles, mesquite thorns, cacti thorns, snakes, spiders, fire ants, trees, falling tree limbs and in general every possible toxic and dangerous plant, bug/insect, bacteria, fungus, animal, mineral, geological formation, etc. are present on Site or pose a risk on Site. The weather, too, presents an unpredictable and serious hazard; prepare for and expect severe conditions and extreme temperatures. Please be sure to bring plenty of water to drink and wear a hat or cap, gloves, closed toe boots, long sleeves and pants. The terrain has treacherous footing with puddles, sticks, stones, sand, debris, loose wire, holes of all sizes in the ground, soft ground, hard ground, etc. Ordinary shoes are inadequate foot protection as their soles can be pierced by large, sharp thorns on mesquite or other plants large and small. Austin Energy installed new power poles and dug deep holes associated with their activity; toxic creosote can sometimes be smelled from the new poles, sparking memories of amusement parks.
